They made my appointment a year in advance and I confirmed every 3 months or so, out of the blue when my thyroid medication was denied without any notice I called them and asked me to schedule an appointment, given the already schedule on the following day btw, was not in their system. The next available was 3 months out and didn't wanted to approve my prescription which is vital for me. The receptionist finally accepted they changed systems and they lost most of they already booked appointments. Honestly I don't think they care about their patient's health. I needed to call my PCP and ask him to renew my prescription. Needless to say that I found another endocrinologist who is taking new patients
