I had high hopes after extensive research to find a therapist and found Dr. Ramundo, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by a significant lack of responsiveness. Despite reaching out via email multiple times to start the process - she offered an appointment 4 weeks out and after attempting to schedule, I never received any additional feedback or follow-up. This lack of communication not only made me feel neglected and unheard but also hindered my progress in therapy. Effective communication and timely responses are essential in mental health care, and the disregard for emails reflects poorly on the quality of care provided. I strongly urge Dr. Ramundo to improve their communication protocols and prioritize timely responses to patient inquiries. Without proper communication, the therapeutic relationship and effectiveness of treatment are compromised.
