I went to her to order new hearing aids last year. During the process, several times she said she would call me back with an update or to tell me when my hearing aid was in. She never did. I had to call multiple times to actually get her on the phone. This happened more than once. Then I would come to my appointment, and I was the first appointment of the day but was left waiting 30 extra minutes in the waiting area until I had to ask if she was actually here that day. 'Oh sure.' They would go find her and she would eventually come out ten minutes later. That happened twice. Then the hearing aid came and it was nothing like what I asked for or what she said it would be, and she tried to convince me that is was better than what I wanted. It was not. So we had to send it back. Again, no calls...Just terrible overall experience. There are many great Audiologists at this office. She is the most available for appointments and she is the worst by far. Go to anyone else. I implore you.
