Exceptional pediatric telehealth care-thoughtful, patient, and reassuringAs a parent, I was extremely impressed with the telehealth care my child received from Dr. Marie Akers. From the start, the process was smooth and well organized, which helped put both me and my child at ease. Even through telehealth, Dr. Akers was attentive, patient, and very engaged.She took the time to listen to my concerns, asked detailed questions, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and I truly felt like my child was being seen as a whole person, not just a diagnosis. Her approach was thoughtful, evidence-based, and tailored to my child s specific needs.Dr. Akers created a safe and supportive environment that worked extremely well for a pediatric visit. I felt confident and reassured throughout the process and would highly recommend her to any parent looking for high-quality mental health care for their child through telehealth.
