I’ve recommended her more than once. We’ve tackled many issues together and she is great at connecting without overstepping boundaries. She’s animated so it doesn’t feel like I’m just talking at someone. She’s also great at giving examples or reframing things if I don’t understand or I’m only seeing it from my perspective. It takes time and work, but I’ve seen amazing growth with her help!
