Dr Ortiz is so friendly and really puts you at ease. Also, the assistant that took care of me before seeing Dr Ortiz was Sydney. She was super nice and seemed to genuinely enjoy her job. Based on my experience with Dr Ortiz and Sydney I’d give them a 10 out of 10.
