I felt rushed thru eye exam June 6. I ordered glasses with new Ex and same frames. I was told frames were available still. I was to of 2-3 weeks glasses should be ready. Frames were to be sent directly to lab. I questioned this, How would anyone know when/if arrived. Sure enough they did not arrive. Weeks later I was told frames arrived and lab was proceeding. After calling and texting numerous times, patiently I thought after six weeks from order, I was told frames received by lab wrong size and HD been reordered. It is now 2.5 months after June 6 order. There is only a phone machine e message saying they were short staffed and I should thank folks who were there. Meanwhile I texted my tech repeatedly asking for a simple phone call to lab and report I g back to me status and problem. No response.Dr. Rasmussen is good. Whatever staff they have has been very good in past. If the business can no longer function, it should be closed. Sorry guys.
