Stepp was as always in a hurry. Gave me information that another doctor said was not correct. I had questions and had to follow him in the office and hall to ask questions but he answered few and he walked away leaving me without answers. The eyeglass frames did not fit and an assistant tried to bend and reshape the frames. Other frames were selected and the lens, I was told, had to be 'ground down' to fit the new frames. The lens do not seem to meet my needs. Looking, as best I can, for a doctor I can trust.
