recently had an appointment at Multicare Rockwood Urgent Care Downtown, and my experience with Marnie M Smith NNP, was extremely disconcerting. Her demeanor and approach to patient care severely lacked professionalism and quality of care. Her examination was alarmingly superficial, failing to meet the basic standards of medical assessment. This lack of thoroughness in care created a situation where I felt my health concerns were trivialized and not adequately addressed. Her conduct undermined my confidence in the care received.It's imperative for healthcare providers to embody a level of professionalism and compassion that fosters trust and safety in patient care. Regrettably, my experience was a stark departure from this.
