Finding a therapist in Miami is like looking for a needle in a haystack. I needed a therapist to discuss some family issues. Based on reviews I contacted her office. After confirming she did take my insurance the receptionist asks me what did I need to discuss with her??!!!!! Like I’m going to confide in a receptionist the nature of my visit. She’s not the Dr! Unbelievable! Then she says she needs to discuss my “ case” with her before scheduling an appointment. It’s been 5 days and no one has had the decency, courtesy or professionalism to call me back. If you can get past her receptionist maybe you’ll have better luck scheduling an appointment.
