This therapist took information from. One of her patients and wrote me an awful, unprofessional letter. She accused me of things that has never ever happened. My husband took his life in March 2022 and I have only blamed myself because I didn't see the signs. This therapist is saying I blamed her patient when I've never spoken of that. This therapist also brought up a teen child into this and blaming me for the patient not having a healthy relationship with this teen. This is completely unprofessional and incorrect.
