She is the worst NP I ever went to. She has added things in my chart that wasn't true. She refused to refill some of my medications including a 4x stronger flu vaccine. Her nurse had to get another doctor to send the my prescriptions to CVS. I have called her for referrals and never got them. If I receieve bills I will send them her way. I feel she does not have my best interest at heart when it comes to my health. Nothing went well.
