Some staff seem unaware of elderly difficulties, which failing eyesight is typical, ALSO hearing, standing long periods, etc. Entering WE couldn't hear receptionist, I don't have hearing issues. Doctor was good but my mother was at end of endurance after OVER 30 minute wait to enter and almost an hour with doctor and flashing lights and light sensitivity. Exit staff were extremely UNHELPFUL!! I helped choose glasses as my mother sat, spent and now with a headache. NO ONE ELSE HELPED, NOT MY JOB!!! While I helped, my mother was told she had no Healthcare coverage and would need to pay all. No advice on price of available glasses, options, NOTHING. We purchased the first glasses I picked as she just wanted to be done. At check-out, to pay, once again she couldn't hear. At home I called healthcare provider, up to 200$ is covered. My mother WAS a repeat client as she likes Dr Lack.
