I had a 3:15 appointment today. I was taken back at 4:20. At that point I was treated rudely by the nurse because I had complained about the length of the wait time. All the rooms were empty when I went back. Still I waited twenty more minutes before leaving without seeing a nurse practitioner or physician. I ended up leaving because Mary Morris never acknowledge my presence after twenty more minutes of wait time, and also treated two patients who arrived after me adding insult to injury. They were given rooms on either side of mine after I had been there for over ten minutes. I also saw them sign in after I signed in.This was a horrible waste of almost two hours that I will never recover. Moral of the story: Don't complain to managers at Community Health or they see you last or not at all. I am physician's office. I have never seen such complacency or disrespect for others in a doctor's office. They pretend to care, but actually could care less. I ended up calling a dr. in Knoxville.
