Dr. Mathew Pecoraro (Matt) evaluated my spondylolisthesis pain situation and designed a specific core strengthening program based on my neurosurgeon's prescription, my completed FYZICAL information forms along with my MRI and X-Ray reports. Dr. Matt's professionalism and expertise was calming as he explained his therapy program. I completed ten weeks of therapy, twice a week. Performed my exercises for one hour with the guidance and encouragement of Dr. Matt. Felt stronger after each time finishing my hour work out. Most important, no pain! Dr. Matt is a genuinely kind and extremely knowledgeable person. I had a problem with a particular exercise, and he was so patient with me. With his encouragement, I finally mastered it! Thank you, Dr. Matt! On my discharge day, Dr. Matt gave me a copy of my therapy home exercise program and stressed how important that I keep doing my exercises three times a week. I will keep my home exercising plan going! Thank you, Dr. Matt.
