Fraudulent information added to my medical chart by PA Matthew Shortle at St. Peters Hospital. Back in July of 2019 PA Matthew Shortle was treating me in the ER at St Peters in Albany NY. After 5 hours of observation for abdominal pain PA Shortle started asking about my background. I advised him I had a possible fatty liver condition and that in the past I had tendency to drink more alcohol than my doctor recommended. From that point on PA Shortle became what appeared to be aggravated with me and immediately signed my discharge paperwork to release me from the ER. What I didn't see when given my release papers was that PA Shortle wrote down on my records I was intoxicated in fact to intoxicated to drive home. When I was treated at St Peters I was home sick for the previous week with NO consumption of alcohol. I in fact had a BAC of 0.0% in the ER. PA Shortle made fraudulent statements on my personal medical records. I am pursuing this issue.
