She doesn't pay attention to what she's doing or what the patient says. I had two knee replacements done in the same week. Pain medication had to be changed after my first knee replacement since it was not controlling the pain. Two days later after the second replacement, she ordered the same inadequate pain medication again. It was torture. This unfortunate experience due to her inadequate attention to detail, listening to her patient, and ordering the incorrect medication has caused me nightmares, flashbacks, anxiety attacks, and waking in the night sweating, shaking, and tachycardia (PTSD).
