My first experience with acupuncture was with Dr. Nichols Podolsky, and it made a huge difference. I went to her for lower back and hip pain severe enough that it interfered with my daily activities. I’ve now gone for several sessions and can now do all I need and want to do, including long walks, with little to no pain. In the beginning, she took a very thorough medical and lifestyle history. She was very caring and took the time to explain all she was doing and how it all connected. The cupping she did also helped a lot with the pain and tight muscles. Along the way, she addressed other issues than those that I initially came to her for. I definitely recommend Dr. Nichols Podolsky for pain management and overall well-being.
