First this person insisted the doctor didn’t order a urine culture for my boy who’s been sick for a week. Then she said that the doctor who offered the urine culture had left for the day, until I insisted she did not, then she magically found her. Then when we didn’t get the antibiotic prescription at the pharmacy we requested she hung up on me. Then after I called back she told the MA to tell me that I called four times and that the antibiotic was called in and I guess there’s nothing else do to here End result, sick kid, no medicine, all due to negligence and no pride to do their job and help children. If this UTI gets complicated we will sue.
