The therapist is friendly and soft-spoken, making for a comfortable and welcoming environment. They are a good listener and seem genuinely interested in understanding the client's concerns. However, the cost of $190 per session, even with insurance, is prohibitively expensive, limiting accessibility to sustained therapy. Due to the high cost, I could only afford three sessions. During these sessions, the therapist took a lot of notes but did not provide much actionable feedback or homework, which could have been helpful in applying therapy techniques outside the sessions. Only one tip was offered throughout the three sessions, which felt insufficient for the price paid. Overall, while the therapist's demeanor and listening skills are commendable, the high cost and lack of actionable advice or homework diminish the overall value of the service.
