Melissa is a genuinely nice person, but don't expect real "ca. She demands that you use the ARCare portal, which does not work. You tell her that and the response it "Well it's supposed to work" or "We had a problem with that but got it fixed." If you've got lab results coming back, don't expect to be able to talk to her about those. She has the phlebotomist (who is awful at her job) call to tell you results, and the poor girl has no idea of what she's talking about. You are liable to be worry needlessly over some of the "messages" Melissa sends. If you want to talk to Melissa directly, you have to pay for another office/telehealth visit. Third, Melissa has a problem of not listening to the patient. She had been asked repeatedly to take a minute to review my insurance company's formulary before writing prescriptions to see if they are covered. She likes to prescribe high cost drugs not covered, leading to multi-day delays.
