Mezghan Ames

I've been working with Mezghan for a few months & I've gotten a lot out of it. I feel very comfortable talking with her about anything. Her insights and suggestions are helpful and compassionate. She really gets what I'm talking about. She almost always gives me videos, worksheets and other things that I can use to supplement our sessions, and all of it has been absolutely spot-on. These aren't a requirement, but I've found them all very helpful. To the previous reviewer's comment, she has had to cancel an appointment due to a personal issue, but she always communicated promptly and set up our next appointment right away. She's also been very understanding when I've had to cancel last-minute. I would recommend Mezghan to anyone.
