This place is stuck in the 1980s. No emails, no texts, and if you miss a phone call, the receptionist will ridicule and insult you. Rude staff who clearly don't care about patients. I also can't comprehend how a 30-minute conversation, some puzzles, and a bubble test can give you accurate results. Oh, and I started this process in July and won't get results until December. Don't bother coming here. Update: His conclusions contradicted my general practitioner and clinical therapist, to the point that both of them were quite upset at his "results." He also clearly copied and pasted as, in a few spots, he referred to me as "Brian", which is not my name. During our last "appointment," he kept saying, as he read the results clearly for the first time, that "the computer says" and then "Oh, that's not relevant". So I got my psych eval from ChatGPT, not from this fool. Additionally: they did not explain their charges, and when the bill came it seemed like everything was doubled up. $900, after insurance, for 3 hours of shoddy and inaccurate work is just wrong.
