After several weeks of treatment I was sent a letter cancelling my future appointment and that they did not want to treat me anymore. This seemed to be all about my first claim which according to the insurance co. was miscoded since the office exceeded the copay allowed. I paid it but they evidently were not happy that the insurance company noted their errors.
