I will not be returning. I confirmed with UnitedHealthcare before booking that this office was in-network, yet I was still charged $250 out of pocket instead of my $35 copay. This is unacceptable, misleading, and feels like a blatant disregard for patients’ trust.Dr. Lin may be knowledgeable, but the outdated office and unacceptable billing practices make this clinic somewhere I cannot recommend to anyone. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I will not be coming back.
