No stars is more appropriate: I called Kaiser to report a painful, and clearly visibly swollen, glad under my left arm. Following advise given during the call, I visited urgent care. Michael Onoh’s diagnosis of my sore and enlarged left armpit was “it is fat.” Apparently, I had a fat left arm pit only, my much smaller right pit was skinny. Shocked at his response, I then asked if the swelling could be related to the flu shot that I received in my left shoulder the day before (I had never had a reaction to a flu shot before). Frustrated, he again told me it was fat then lifted his top to reveal his arm pits, as well as the rest of his torso, saying that my pit was fat like his (unlike mine, both his pits were the same size). Unbelievable! Luckily, the pain and swelling subsided after a few days.
