cold personality, doe not seem to care. will never go back to her I understood appointment. was to discuss results of the MRI i had . She never mentioned that. I felt she just wanted to hurry and get me out of there. I have never had such a bad experience in a Doctors office. All my Doctors are with SSM but I sure am thinking of going some place else. ..that appointment was a waste of time and money. I will never go back . I do not complain usually but this was a very bad experience. I have never had such a bad medical appointment. I and I feel bad about this one. I have never complained about one in the past. It takes a lot for me to complain but this did it. I usually quiet about things like this. Thank you
