Doctor was professional, quick, and friendly. The office unfortunately, was quite slow. Despite no one being checked in, and four assistants sitting there, I still had to wait 5 minutes before anyone checked me in. Then waited close to an hour past my appointment time to see the doctor. After my exam, there was also no one at check out so i had to sit and wait just to pay and leave. Whole visit took 2 1/2 hours for what amounted to 10 minutes with the doctor. Takeaway: I’d be happy to see this doctor again, but I might not ever schedule with Vision Associates again because of the poor wait times.
