I felt rushed. From the front desk to the PA assistant to the PA to the doctor who gave me the injections. A very efficient operation but it is not a welcoming atmosphere. Few smiles (except for the nurse who took arm and helped me walk to the lobby). I finally got the PA to look at the MRI or CT scan during the follow up visit which would have been useful at the first visit. Pros and cons of injection vs surgery were not discussed adequately.
