Never is prepared when I come for appointments, forgets to call in med refills. Does not remember treatment plan or diagnosis of new patient as I trying to establish. I have yet to even be seen by actual doctor at this practice. Was handed off to NP immediately.

I had the worst experience ever at this office at 3270 Joe Battle, the front desk staff are rude, I had a telephone appointment scheduled and waited two hours for a call, I had initially called the front desk after the first hour of no call only to be told I was next. I waited another hour and still no call only to be told my appointment was cancelled! I never got a call or voicemail. Staff wears very rude, I won’t waste my time with this office.
