The downfall of having a physician as amazing as Dr. Thomas McDonald is that you must deal with his PA Miriam Wiggins. She has a terrible bed side manor, she will go out of her way to contradict her superior's orders when it comes to patient care and treatment, and she has displayed personal grudges against patients who disagree with her views. She is negligent when it comes to patient prescriptions needing to be replenished and will flat out lie about communication with patients before drastically changing a prescription regimen. Her attitude is that of a person who belongs nowhere near the medical profession
