If you are in search of a great Therapist, search no more give Michell Cogan a call. I was so lost, overwhelmed at my wits end with myself everything left me spiraling. It effects my concentration, my ability to do anything with confidence, always 2nd guessing myself or shutting down out of exhaustion from spiraling. I am still a work progress, but for the first time in a long while, I am feeling and dealing with things that use to overwhelm me better. I can't say enough about how helpful it is for me to be working with Mitchell. I have never worked with a therapist where I felt the progress I am making with myself. I do tele-heath appointments which are so convenient.
