I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and I really appreciate that this provider serves MediCal patients. That said, my first interaction with her was when she came into the room obviously stressed and telling me she wouldn't have time for the physical exam I'd scheduled. I am an understanding person and was flexible, but would have at least appreciated that she introduce herself to me and address me by my name, and perhaps appologize for the inconvenience. When I came back for the physical she seemed less stressed and did address me by name, but seemed like she wanted to move very quickly on from the health concern that most mattered to me. Later she suggested I get a blood test there, which suprised me, because I thought I would need to fast first but she said no I wouldn't need to and it would be no problem. A few seconds later a nurse came in to tell me that, as I thought, I would need to fast prior to the blood work, so it wouldn't be happening that day after all.
