Nancy Goranson, PhD

I saw Nancy for a while. I'm a totally different person from the first time I walked through the door of her office. She helped me work through some real difficult things. Without her I don't think I would have been able to do it. I've had other therapists that just weren't a good fit. With Nancy there was trust that I wasn't going to be judged by my feelings. Sometimes, I would just go into my appt and talk. I didn't know what I was going to talk about. The funny thing is that talking about nothing is talking about things important. If it weren't for her, I don't know if I would have been here to write this review. It was a lot of hard work to get where I am. Thank God she was by my side helping me do it. I wasn't alone. I'm sad she has left her practice at this hospital and opened a practice elsewhere. She will be missed, but I think I'm good now. I've learned how to cope and walk through whatever comes my way.
