I’m very sad and disappointed to say that I have to agree with other reviewers regarding dr. Sack only caring about getting paid. Even if you cancel an appt due to fever or stomach virus (vomiting profusely!) she will still charge you. I try my best not get others sick, especially during flu season , but I guess there is no reason ever to cancel an appt that won’t result in a full charge. Trying to discuss the situation with her results in a “no comment” and that’s it. I should have seen the signs but always want to give someone the benefit of the doubt. The client had already asked about going to a different counselor prior to this, so that was in the works anyway.
