This practioner is fed a stewart stream of private school children. I do not believe it is because she is good but because she serves that demographic and is compliant. Neila Berton violated HIPAA laws more than once. She failed to listen to my child causing her to go undiagnosed with OCD and suffer unnecessarily. She lacked warmth and the ability to connect to my 10 year old daughter.
