Kept trying to force me to have a cauterization procedure which I had already refused with Dr Haddad. I had no idea she was associated with him and I thought I was getting a fresh start. I merely pointed out where my pain was in my shoulder blade and she said “ I’ve been doing spinal surgery for 20 years I think I know what I’m doing “.She was overwhelmed with how much weakness I had in my left arm and left leg. So what does she write in the note? She began to repeatedly ask when it started. So I’m trying to tell her about my dislocations and she keeps saying I can read your history all I want, but I want to know exactly when it started. If I can’t tell the whole story about my epilepsy and the deterioration of my shoulder, then I didn’t know why she was going so commando on me. She had a chip on her shoulder.It came from me calling out Dr Haddad on changing his muscle grade to a higher one to match other drs. And she also made both sides normal & equal.
