Stay as far away from this facility as possible and especially, Olga Owens, NP-C. Unfortunately, my Primary was transferred and not even a phone call, but a message through the portal saying "appointment canceled". I called and inquired as to why they didn't call me and the front desk responded, "We have hundreds of calls to make", Here comes my appointment with Olga Owens. She walked in with no chart in hand, refused to refill my prescription (which is her choice), tells me to see another Doctor. I asked to see the office Manager to find out why the front desk told me to come in for my refill. After the Manager left, she was extremely cruel and wrote documentation about me and twisted every fact, because I had asked to see the Office Manager, Also, I had asked the front desk to please give her a message to go over my lung scan, as it had been weeks, with no explanation. When I asked her about the results, she said, "Sorry, I didn't get the message." HUH? Really?
