She literally hung up on me during our video call when I would not agree to a drug test. I have been taking ADHD medication for a long time and it was totally insulting. She also had a strong accent that made it really difficult to understand her. Her bedside manner really leaves a lot to be desired. I actually requested a refund of my copay because the visit was so worthless. I would very strongly recommend finding another provider.
