Very unprofessional experience. Ms. Bates interrupted me consistently noting that there my son was not a great match for her because he has not been traumatized through sexual or traumatic abuse. I explained to Ms. Bates that her profile was misleading because she advertises her services as family counseling and teen anxiety and not just trauma therapy. In addition, midway through our conversation I could I could see household members walking in the background of her family room as we discussed private information regarding my family and child. When I explained that someone was in the background she became very upset and began to tell stories stating 'no-one was in the home'. This is a violation of privacy! Read Less
