Dr. Lakra is extremely dismissive and doesn’t respect the time her patients take to schedule an appt. I made a follow up with her to discuss issues I was having as a result of a MVA that i also had to reschedule twice and she just went ahead and cancelled bc I was seeing her in a month. No call no message just cancelled. I also tried to suggest a possible condition to explain my symptoms and she was not proactive at all in helping me seek a diagnosis. I had to go above and beyond to get referrals.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lakra for two years. She is easy to talk to, doesn’t rush during appointments, and is very professional. She follows up on test results promptly through the MyChart portal.

She was dismissive and condescending. If you are looking for that in a doctor she's the one for you.

Dr. Lakra is a phenomenal physician. She took her time with me during my appointment and really listened to my concerns. Thankful to have found her!
