Pat is nice, but I do not trust her clinical judgement. She kept asking me the same questions over and over again Iike she wasn’t processing what I was saying. I had a CT scan (prior to our appointment) which showed possible colitis and I asked what this meant and her words were, “Colitis is colitis” aka she has no clue what she’s talking about. I also sent her several messages in the patient portal where she did a poor job of addressing my concerns. She recommended an EGD and colonoscopy, but her office couldn’t schedule me for almost two whole months after my appointment. I ended up going to a different practice where I received much better care for my condition.
