I felt he didnt care what I had to say! everytime I'd talk he'd say keep going but never once gave me any tips on how to deal with anything! he took like 2 weeks off so I didn't make another apt. all of a sudden I get a bill saying I missed an apt costing $75 then I called and they "waved" it. now a month later I got another bill but they added another late fee. so they never waved it they are waiting so they can tack on more fees. by far the worst councilor I've been to. I sat in the waiting room for an hour. Nobody was at the front desk and nobody in the lobby.
