I had the privilege of working with Patti Bozada during my stay at Caring Heights Rehab Center from Jan-Mar 2025. Patti is an exceptional occupational therapist whose professionalism, empathy, and dedication set her apart. From our very first session, Patti came fully prepared and approached each day with a deep sensitivity to my physical and emotional needs. She had a unique ability to assess my mood and tailor the session accordingly, often incorporating music to help motivate and uplift the experience. Patti consistently demonstrated genuine concern for my long-term well being. She took great care to prepare me for life after discharge, ensuring that I would be able to manage daily tasks independently and safely at home. She anticipated potential challenges, offering practical solutions and personalized strategies that I continue to use today. Her attention to detail was remarkable. Thanks to Patti's outstanding care, I left the facility feeling confident, prepared, and supported.
