If you're looking for one-on-one physical therapy, this isn't the place for you. The focus here isn't individualized; instead, you're given a handful of exercises to do while the therapist attends to other patients or is on the computer. My form wasn’t monitored, and the exercises were the same for everyone, without tailoring to individual goals or injuries. The therapy felt cookie-cutter and didn’t follow my prescribed protocol. There was no Graston, STEM, or manual therapy, and the approach was strictly by his book.
