I needed therapy after my husband passed away suddenly. I later started to see someone who was full of lies, cheating and the pain was difficult to inderstand because I had never seen this behavior before. My sessions with Paula brought me out of that dark place and my self confidence started to return. I stopped believing all the lies. Covid hit, my internet connection if horrible so I have sunk back into the quicksand that drug me under in the first plcs. I want to see Paula again and resume my therapy. I need it. I need her advice and I need to feel myself starting to heal again. I've lived in this abuse 10 years and I need help.
