Paula has helped me a lot with my depression, anxiety, and childhood trauma. She is accepting, helpful, and challenges me to put in the work to make my life better for me. She has never made me feel like she was only about the money. Whenever I take a break from therapy, she always welcomes me back without making me feel guilty.
