Paulina took over my care at New West Physicians after Dr. Arthur retired. I've interacted with her on at least four occasions now and each time she has been absolutely wonderful. I feel like she really cares about my wellbeing and takes the time to find out about me to help her get a better sense of what's going on. She even acted as a little bit of a therapist when during a telehealth checkup to see how my antidepressant was working, I broke down and let her know about all the stressors I was dealing with. That's how comfortable I felt with her, and never did she make me feel like she didn't have the time to listen or support me. I can't say enough good things about Paulina. I hope she stays with the practice for a while so that I can continue seeing her.
