I wish I could indicate a number higher than 5 in assessing Dr. Watson, whose kind, empathetic, compassionate, and nurturing demeanor far exceeds the evaluative criteria for each of these measures of Patient Satisfaction. As a patient under his care, I felt valued and validated. He exhibited a level of patience I have not encountered in neither a medical nor a therapeutic setting. Dr. Watson makes you feel like you matter: he is an empath who exhibited care for my struggles as a BI patient.
