We came in regarding serious concerns that were affecting my child’s quality of life (swallowing difficulty). After repeating how she is suffering from a throat problem and not a sore throat, the doctor forced a strep throat test (obvi. It was negative) she didn’t even come back to the room to go over resolutions to what to do next. She was very cold, and neglected our concerns and felt like the point was for her to “get on with the next”. I recommend to avoid this RN at all cost, she doesn’t care for the patient.
